At Summer Hayes & Co., we stand behind every product in our collection. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not qualify.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: items marked as final sale, personal care and grooming products that have been opened or used, and digital products.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back without first receiving return instructions from our team.

Refund Options Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-10 business days) or store credit issued immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
