Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Priority 1-2 Day Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party suppliers using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment based on your location and order type.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Summer Hayes & Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
